Chk again the part with rage, please. When player attacks there is always 1 rage. The probability is in addition he to get 1 rage when gets attacked. Excl skill at lvl 5 guarantees the 1 rage when attacked and adds a chance of 1 extra rage ;)

Chance to gain 1-2 rage when attacking and also chance to gain 1 rage when being attacked. ( Maybe 2 but I have only seen 1 rage added when being attacked )

Considering how Seaspray's hands are rated E for Everyone, Decepticon-wise, it makes sense his abilities boost attack and do extra damage to those with attack debuffs. It was on sight with the drones that attacked Tlalak. 😂

Seaspray in avg with lvl 5 exclusive will hit more, also keep in mind that hitting 1 stack with that huge dmg could likely clear the stack which means it could disable an attack round for the opponent

Thanks again for your analysis. the 50% shield seems great. I am wondering if you take a hero like SeaSpray and add HP hero skills and possibly DMG decrease instead and he becomes a "turtle-like" defense ... with slightly above average offense. Definitely better stats than Bradley ...

The turtle defense becomes an issue when you can't deal enough damage to take enemy units down in a reasonable manner. Before recently the conventional wisdom was usually two offensive heroes and a defensive hero. With top war giving so many heroes the ability to do both that isn't necessarily followed as much For example my recommendation here was sea spray in yuu together which are arguably defensive heroes but they have good offensive capabilities

Other than the rage part (gaining rage when being attacked by enemy), another thing to correct is the HP increase in hero's defalut skill is same as shield increase. It is multiplied. Mei, Nereid, Cromwell and Bradley are increasing HP in the same way, say a ship has 10b HP, nereid increase 30%, you can actually see in the beginning of battle the ship HP goes from 10B to 13B.

PSA: though it's worded as a flat increase, nereid HP Bonus is actually a shield, take a closer look at a report that has nereid but not seaspray and you can see the units HP get a shield (besides armor shield if the player has it)

Hey mate great video, I’m mostly a f2p player I spend very little ,my main march is Nimitz, bassel and megatron I’ve been working on my perks nearly got 4 full on Nimitz and 3 on bassel. I have enough shards to get a new hero but with me not having yuu or aka is seaspray the one ?

I would keep pushing your perks. By the time you finish there's a good chance that several of the heroes you have or the ones you want to upgrade will be outdated. Stay the course with your perks and then save up enough shards to get a new meta hero upon the release instead of chasing old ones. If you chase the old ones you're always going to be behind. Prepare for the new ones.

I would say optimus and Megatron would likely to be the best two hero march of the heroes you mentioned. However I would strongly recommend katyusha and Bradley. Since they are free heroes they are easier to get to five stars (I don't know which of those heroes you mentioned you already have five stars) And since they are easier to get to five Stars that means you can start perking them out faster. It is better to get your perks finished before you chase new heroes. That way when you do get the new heroes you can swap a full set of perks on to them and you're ready to roll

seaspray needs more enemy units than just 1, in full march in pvp each enemy attack has 100% chance to give him 1 rage and 25% chance on another, so the more enemies the more he triggers. Seaspray is therefore absolutely trash in PvE, but amazing PvP.

Since you are using yuu and neried I would recommend using Nemo because you already have two defensive heroes Nemo would be a good offensive hero to throw in there

Great Vid and comments thx! I'm still using Nimitz + Bassel + Neried, and only Nimitz is partially perked (and I have no Yuu or Aka). I'm getting totally killed by other hero exclusive skills, so need to exchange one hero for either Nemo or Seaspray (I have 600+shards waiting), while continuing my perks and transferring them across. What/who would you recommend ? Nimitz + Neried + Seaspray ??? or is that too defensive?

If the perks are full sea spray would be best because you'll likely have to wait the longest to switch them off him saving yourself gems. If they are not full nimitz are bassel so you can continue to perk farm

Hi there. Quick check, if taking Seaspray to 4* is better as free shards promotion vs maxing out my perks. Currently using Nemo, Nimitz and Bellivele and not maxed out the perks. I am F2P and have about 400 shards.

I would strongly recommend super Miner. Especially late in the game that 15% attack boost that it's going to give you ain't going to do a whole lot when you're sitting at a 1000+% atk

You need to learn about base ATK vs raw ATK. The boost bailos provide isn’t the same type of boost a hero skill provides. Same goes with HP, the ATK boost is absolutely needed for both proc damage to increase, and base attack damage to increase. That’s why very march has a ATK hero. You need it. So seapray can only be a replacement for nereid.

I'm aware of how they work. I rushed the video because of my camping trip and made a few mistakes unfortunately. But attack heros are in my opinion becoming less valuable as more triggering heros get stronger while attack increase heros aren't getting much stronger. Attacking increases are great in pve but I don't think they work as well in PVP due to most fights being shorter. While an attack increase does affect the damage to triggering ability does there are many triggering heroes that seem to outperform stat increasing heroes

I try to avoid advice from whales because anything they do tends to work I go for the mid-range players they have to squeeze as much as they can out of the resources they put into the game. They tend to have the best setups. But between yuu and sea spray I think yuu might be better. But I've seen limited interactions with them because I went to my wife's family reunion and like so I haven't played as much

How does Nereid’s damage decrease factor in to the decision? 15% DMG down and hp vs a shield. Is the shield enough to stop perks and rank a new hero?

Personally I don't think any new hero is enough to stop doing perks. Especially if you're not using free heroes. The difference between nereid and sea spray is likely to be small. I would continue working on perks

Wish you had gone into detail of how often Seaspray triggers while defending under weakening towers or when attacking an opponent under weakening towers. Does extra rage over 7 get saved or is it lost? What is the average damage compared to Nereid?

Weakening towers don't change hero trigger rates, only who attacks first and a slight hp debuff. Like all rage heroes, anything after 7 is wasted. He literally put the avg dmg numbers in the video.

It’s no longer a trigger every 3-4 attacks because you cannot guarantee extra rage if you are defending under a weakening as your opponent isn’t attacking. Also, pulse jammer affects your opponent attack, which also affects the extra rage gain. It seems that under a weakening tower, Nereid would be more consistent.

Hi Wannabe. Thank you for the video. I am a huge fan of your channel. I was waiting for a good navy hero for a looooong time and I think now we have one. I still have Nimitz in my main march with aka and yuu. I was upgrading perks as you always suggest and perks are almost finished now. I have enough exclusive skill pieces to get any lv5 skill from the store. For sure i will use seaspray and I will keep yuu. The one thing I cannot decide is whether should I keep aka or get nereid with lv5 exc skill. Or keep aka and get lv5 seaspray exclusive skill. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thanks 🙏

Of the three exclusive skills you mentioned sea spray will give you the most use since he is the strongest of those heroes and will be useful for the longest. However aka Will give you a 2% damage decrease that is permanent regardless of whether or not you're using him as a hero. Outside of the three that you mentioned I would get an exclusive skill for a hero that gives you a 3% damage increase or decrease at level 5. Whatever combat hero you're going to use is going to be outdated eventually so I think those permanent global bonuses are better

Yuu x Seaspray. Navy BEAST full defense 🤣 But, I see Seaspray just like Gira & Megatron. But Gira give us bigger final DMG. So it's like combining Gira x Megatron. @@WGtopwar Megatron very amazing when using him in Army or Airforce with Selina & Starscream, not to mention Maximo 🤣 A lot of my friend said Megatron is beast in Navy, well for me he is good attacker cuz his final dmg are very high and his passive skill are increasing atk only. But I like Seaspray, his rage and 50% shield is very good for offense and defense since his passive skill are atk and support.

Stats are calculated in a certain order and for HP the shield is the last step. So it's based on all your HP not just adding your HP stats together

Das sieht man am blauen Balken in der HP Leiste... Und diese wird erst ingame drauf gerechnet, weil der Held am Start auslöst und nicht weil es die Berechnung ändern würde (Assoziativgesetz). Schild ist an sich auch ein Stack. Wenn man also die Ausrüstung Schikd 18% hat, dann erhöht Nereid mit 30% nicht mehr um 30%, da sie die 18% Schikd NICHT multipliziert. Wie jeder andere HP-Multiplikator.

I finally saved enough money to get myself a skin during transformer event. And as of today i got more than 1k shards to get an ark skin or nemesis. But i don't know which one i should go with... any guidance?

I would go ark over nemesis. Because an attack increase will usually help you more than an HP increase. Especially if you're going to be doing the attacking.

IMO Nemo is not meta. He is only usable with lvl 7 skill. Most the whales prefer aka or neried because his proc is so hit and miss. My main navy is bailos yuu neried still can’t decide who to swap out for him…

I'm not a huge fan of Nemo. I don't like the unreliability of his ability. But the results speak for itself and most people have been doing very well with him even without a level 7
