SeaSucker Talon Bike Rack On A C6 Corvette ZR1 (Good or Bad Idea?)

Anyone here love biking and driving your corvette? Well, have no fear because there's a mount that can bring them both together. Dont get me wrong, these are a little pricey but they do the job great. I'd put this on any car.

Very nice I love my sucker, although the lube is actually for the vacuum pump buttons. Ideally you would just dampen the cups and wipe down the roof.

You have to tie the right or left crank arm to the chain stay to secure it as recommended using that orange Velcro strap to eliminate damaging your car.

That lube is actually for the buttons you press to actuate the suction. They’re not meant for the suction cups themselves. Cool bike rack though. I have the mini bomber sea sucker rack. ⚓️🤙🏽

I have one only used it twice I always take corners super slow. I like to see how this does on corners with speed and bumps

Corners with speed don’t phase me, it’s the bumps on the road with speed that get me a little worried at times.

Does it warp the roof? I got a one cup sucker and it made a big bump. I will buy a 3 cup for more stability and avoid damage to my car.

My roof is carbon so it has some flex to it. I could see how it may distort a metal roof

@Jacob Portugal a pedal strap, or some shoelace. Just tie the pedal to the frame. Don’t want it moving in the wind and denting your roof.
