Thanks for the video!! I always cut the tight belt with a knife to make things easier and also position the seat forward more to access the seat bolt holding the belt to the seat and allow more access to the middle pilar. Anyways that’s all I got thanks again.

You make good videos. Thanks. You mentioned the airbag piece on pillar, and it scratching easy. The solution is once younpop put the bottom. Push the cover that says airbag out from the backaode with your clip removal tool. It's simple .

Thank you for the video. I have the part but it retracted all the way, is there anyway to get it to retract or do I have to take it back?

@@boy10boy so the seat belts have to be sitting in their postions properly in order for you to be able to extend them , if yours retracted all the way sir the seat belt portion the retractor basically in it’s spot and tighten it with the screws and you should be a able to extend it!

@@brownsburg.motorsports thank you for the reply but I am still confused. My seatbelt is for a 2014 terrain, so similar. Do I install the seatbelt and hook up the sensor for it to retract back out? I don’t necessarily see anything to release the seatbelt otherwise, but it’s not long enough to be able to attach the 3 points

Definitely would love to know this too. My 2017 terrain had the airbags deploy internally/in the frame (no accident just driving normally) and now my front seatbelts are locked in place.

@@boy10boy yes sir the bottom portion with the T50 bolt and the 10 mm up top then you should be able to pull the seat belt and hook up the rest of it

@@hughmungus2645 if you’re front seat belts are locked in place that means your seat belts have been deployed and would need to be repaired or replaced with ones that aren’t!

@@ricop.c2217 it shouldn’t need programming it should be just remove and replace and you’re good!
