What’s the socket size for the oil filter?

It varys different make oil filters have different sizes try 27 or 28mm socket

Great video thank you. I have a kind of personal rule that I never go under a jacked up car so will leave to my mechanic. In my last house I had a full size inspection pit in the garage so could have done it then!

What oil do you use mate

Every car uses different engine oil. The best way to find out is just call local spare shop and give them the Registration, they should be able to tell you. Normally should be 5w30 VAG fully synthetic

I have a 2014 1.4 seat abiza, done what you said for the service light and it took off the oil change warning but when I switched it of then back on it was back (the warning spanner)

Try it again It should reset it, that's the only way it should Reset

Make sure you have the ignition on all the doors and bonnet closed

Also make sure your the mileage is on and also make sure the trip is zero hope it resets
