I love this machine. Best gym investment I've made.

Awesome bro. Yeah I can see how having a pad would be beneficial on concrete. 👊🏻👊🏻

Armwrestling table eh? That looks like a Mazurenko attachment set for the cable pulley. Good stuff.

Yes sir! The attachments are from wrist all.net. Thanks man!

I saw a lot of arms there... pull back and tuck your arms in tight chicken-wing style, using your lower back to squeeze. My guess is that you'll drop a bit of weight for a while, but you'll like the result. I replaced my hi-lo with this adjustable for a lot of the same reasons you mentioned in your first vid about it. Hoping to get the variety from it that you mentioned. Great videos!

Are the functional trainers that have the cables far apart better than this machine that has the two cables close together? I also have a lat pull down machine do I really need this? I always wanted to get a functional trainer cable machine to add more exercises to what I already have.

Can I use this machine without mounting it to a wall? I hope it’s not necessary.

You do or else it will tip especially if the handles are at the top.

Can you do lat pull downs on this machine?
@untappedstrength75483 жыл бұрын
I actually prefer sitting on the ground instead. Just feels more natural and i lean forward just so that the cable is aligned with my back.

Is there a lat pulldown bar that you recommend purchasing for this machine?
@untappedstrength75483 жыл бұрын
Any lat pulldown bar will do really. Not too picky about attachments. However I have been eyeing the MAG style attachments which are expensive but I know Walmart has similar style ones for a lot less.
@waxifari55283 жыл бұрын
Titan has a knockoff of the Rogue lay bar that is excellent with this machine. Better than club quality.

Quick question - are you able to move the cable adjustment right to the top hole? I can’t remember where, but I had come across something where someone said the downside to this cable stack was that you can’t go right to the top as it interferes with something. Can you please confirm? Thank you so much 🙏🏽
@untappedstrength75483 жыл бұрын
I have definitely gone to the top without issue.

I don't understand the value of dual pulleys when they are 6 inches apart.
@asims19883 жыл бұрын
It's fine if you're limited on space. When it comes to flys and the like I'll just do one arm versions which for me is a minor inconvenience.
The load capacity according to valor is 200lbs. At some point it was 350lbs, not sure what made them change it. Anyways, always a risk if I go well over 200lbs.

Just got mine and feel that the resistance is very off. It feels super heavy when for example I pull the cable to do a lateral raise but then the eccentric portion is super light. I can do 20lb dumbbell lateral raises easily but find doing them on this with no weight at all harder. Do you have any tips on making the resistance more even?
@untappedstrength75483 жыл бұрын
I’d lubricate the pulleys and the two bars where the weights travel with silicone lubricant. It helps.
@verdedenim6622 жыл бұрын
@@untappedstrength7548 Also look at the double pulley holder you have. If you have the one without the separator, you'll feel much more drag than you should. I'm contacting the company to get that piece replaced with the one used by the company video here - kzbin.info/www/bejne/p4DGm52ricdjm6s
