I been interested in moving to Seattle from Midwest and still trying to figure out what neighborhoods are safe for single women, would you say South Lake Union is good? But I really do like these apartments, the last one for sure. Good luck on your choice.

South Lake Union is safe, but it’s a little boring and gets very empty late at night! If you’re interested in going north of Lake Union, I’ve heard Ballard, Wallingford, and Fremont are safe areas, but you may need a car to get around those places.

It’s such a lively place! Definitely a great place to meet people. There’s tons of bars, restaurants, and apartments! It’s somewhat safe, and a lot of young professionals live there 🤗

honestly, there are very few Black hairstylists in Seattle, so selfishly I would for you to move here! On the converse, since Black hairstylists are lacking, you'd be able to charge more as you'd have less competition here

I definitely also toured that cap hill building you toured !! I thought it was way too expensive for a 2bed with the view personally (she showed me one for 4k with a view 2 feet away of a bright red building lmaoo) I'm moving to Seattle in a few months so thanks for the video !

Best of luck with your move 🤗 yes very different! I didn’t tour any townhouses but there’s a ton of them in other areas, but in the Seattle proper, there’s a lot of apartments and condos!
