Love my neighborhood. Especially recommend people moving above 15th. The best coffee shops are Ada's Technical books. Ghost Note and Victrola.

Yes! I agree, a little quieter up there and I would love to be able to walk to Ada's every day.

I live in Upper Queen Anne, and enjoy its clam, relatively flat feel. Not a lot of night activity, or homeless. It seems to me the Cap Hill is much more active and hilly, but has greater variety?

I agree with that assessments UQA is a very different vibe. Very lovely and peaceful. And great houses to look at!

Yeah I think Capitol Hill is great for a young professional but not for families...I would probably say its not as kid friendly as say Bellevue

I don't disagree. There's some nice homes that would be good for kids, but they're very expensive!

I've been using the FX3 for a while now. It's a little over kill for what I do but really nice to use.
