11:09 this same realization is what has been motivating me to suck it up & deal with my pain/past bc it doesn’t matter if it’s drugs, gambling, shopping, working, etc. whatever your vice is- the pain will still be there (if used to mask the things you don’t like to think about)

We all have pain indeed, it's part of the human condition. We also all respond to it in different ways, some healthy and some not so healthy. It takes a lot of work to go through the pain to get out the other side. Thanks for responding and listening to Regina's story!
