Heres the thing for the third room to get up using the slab you could have catched on fire then jump boost yourself perfectly timing it so the fire damage boosts you up

Get fire from lava from corridor and then jump at the right time to jump across the gap. Use save load glitch to swim up the lava without doing anything at all. At the end you can make a cake to parkour to make a shovel. Also, I had a very good idea. I used F5. You see, using F5 gave me a whole new perspective and I could see a chest I couldn't before
