You’re the reason I’ve finally began journaling again. I journaled religiously from middle school thru college and I’m an ahjumma now. After collecting so many moleskins, archer n olive, poketo, midori, and some other cute journals from trips to Korea and Japan - I picked up a $2 journal from Walmart and just started writing. Thank you.

@@SeaweedKisses I told myself after I journal thru the thin cahier style pen+gear I picked up, I’ll FINALLY bust out one of the journals I’ve collected over the years. It’s been so easy to write with that “treat” waiting for me at the end. Thank you again! (I even have an old blue bear planner from morning glory I’ve never touched… maybe you remember those? Haha)

Michelle, you could use an emery board (cardboard nail file) or light sandpaper on the edge of that notebook you cut to smooth the edges.

I make my own tns too. I also have some I have purchased, but tns r so fun to make! I placed a patch on my brown a6 diy tn. Love it too. Love the stamps though!

Thank you for a new video! ❤ Bookbinding tip: you can smooth out the frayed edges of the book after cutting by using sandpaper or even a nail file. Just make sure the book is closed nice a firm (a book press or even just sandwiching it between two heavy hardcovers). Also side note: I love that you use cm instead of inches 😂 very rare in an american youtuber. Is there a reason you use cm?

Thank you for the tip! I'll certainly try that. For the cm measurements, it's easier for me to note that when pointing out smaller vs larger sizes. But you're right- Us Americans are used to describing everything in inches 😂

What's up Michelle! 15:36 - Throughout the whole video I was like "Mrs. thrifty, but if I get these notebooks ink will be all over the floor cause these pages can't handle the ink. I laughed when you reminded everyone. 27:14 - I used to hate book marks until I found some with charms. The charms make all the difference. So I'll be adding some to my notebooks from now on. Ali Express has some Snoopy sharms for 3 bucks, in case you want more. 29:10 - I know you are absolutely lying to me! The Snoopy Energel pen? You've never showed this pen. 🥲 And I can use my Zebra Sarasa refills in it? And they have a Cinnamoroll and Pochacco, both of which I have weeks notebooks for? I think I'm going to need to see your entire collection so I can just copy buying everything at once. 🤭💜
