I can see how lucky seawind got you as their first buyer for a new model. You contributed so much for so many details in the design throughout the whole boat. All the subsequent buyers of 1370 would be benefited from your input.

Great video guys, just a small update as we head towards our boat #14 and delivery in September 2024 The owners cupboard option has been removed, the "vanity desk" is now in all boats except hull #1. In your video with the Wynn's I couldn't help but note that you were sitting at the nav desk, and the Wynns at the saloon table, exactly as I predicted. Why would you want to sit in what I would liken to the "basement" with no view in the hull, as opposed to sitting on your "deck" in the saloon looking out with a view? Under way the vanity desk would be quite uncomfortable and accelerate seasickness for many people. We agree the cupboard option would restrict the view and flow, but a desk is not the ideal solution. The charging at 200 amps should be emphasised that this is at 24v, equivalent to 400 amps per engine in a typical 12v system, and you have dual charging! A short motor from anchor to set your sails or out of marina will significantly charge your batteries. The alternators charge at twice the rate to the high voltage shore power system.

Nick at 10:12 the little shelf has a low stainless 'fiddle' to restrain the toiletries, if that was a little higher and a similar 'drop-down' fiddle was directly above it then taller bottles as well as the shorter things could be restrained, whilst ease of entering these taller items would still be possible by just tilting them in...not really possible for RR2, but a small suggestion for Seawind's ongoing refinements.

Love your new boat. We recently have done the same, trying to sell Julianne, as we purchased a huge motor yacht. My heart is mixed as I did so love SV Julianne (still do) but our new boat is bigger than our Tuscan home. A bit worried about the cost in hauling it out every year just for bottom paint. Definately will not be ailing new boat to to do with our sailboat. However, we can manage to take it to Mexico. Enjoy your new boat and I’ll be watching more of your videos.
