Sebadoh, Fountains of Wayne, and Bill Janovitz from Buffalo Tom on the old HBO show Reverb. Found on an old VHS tape of mine. i think portions of this are on KZbin but I didn't see the whole show. Also has a bit of Morphine as a preview of the following episode.
