I called WSMV and spoke to a man named Tony, and asked him about Bill or Billy's answer to Don regarding if forensics were done, that Bill said he 'believed they did', I asked does that mean that Bill or he knows for sure that the forensics were actually done at the Proudfoot's home, he said "No, that it's highly likely but there's been no confirmation." Tony also said how TBI was not even brought in intil numerous days maybe a week later after Hendersonville LE went through. So nobody knows for certain. If you do call TBI Don please ask them if you get a confirmation that forensics were done, what all forensics 'did' they do, because the crime scene was compromised as LE went through and tore up Sebastian's room looking for clues to where he ran off to, and did same at Seth's than either place being secured as a crime scene, which was never done.... 💗🌿🕊💚🌿💗

Yes,they do usually look at parents first,that's the logical thing to do,but Law Enforcement sure dropped the ball on this case and Summer Wells case,just like it's standard procedure if a woman goes missing ,they look at the husband or boyfriend first,then branch out from there.

I think anytime a child or anyone mysteriously disappears they should get the crime scene people in right off the bat,before evidence if there is any can be compromized,or cleaned up or painted over etc,etc,l know where l live a friend of mines son (young adult) was home and overdosed and died in the home,the cops treated that like a crime scene,both parents were at work,when it happened,but they were taking Rx bottles,and things as evidence,and questioning the parents ,everyone knew it was not the parents but thay had certain protocol,to meet,and they hopped right on it,before any time passed,,thats what needs to happen in Tennessee. I feel like its becausethe Bowersox,andthe Proudfoots are buddy. Buddy with the sheriffs office, influential people so they got special treatment.

In TN we have city, county, and state precincts. Ex: There’s City of Hendersonville PD and There’s Sumner County Sheriff’s Office. Hendersonville is in Sumner County. And then of course you have TN State Hwy (Troopers). We have city limits and those outside of city limits. Ex: if something happens outside of the Hendersonville city limits (rural), Sumner County Sheriff’s Office would be in charge. It can all be confusing to those who do not live in TN. The county also steps in and helps when the city PD’s need them. The county is always going to have better resources. You also have your County Sheriff, which is an elected position. The cities have a police chief which is not elected. The sheriff oversees the whole county. Hope this helps a little and doesn’t cause more confusion.

Well said. We've seen pics of le in the back yard too. Now if they were checking for a crawl space or taking measurements to make sure theres no fake rooms le was there working and looking. Just so easy to put a kid in a vehicle and drive off noone would ever know what happened in that garage. Where was kp when le raced to the house? she didn't see blue flashing light going there? Not even the reflective decal that says county sheriff department on it? Where was she? They were there waiting for her.

The initial search was looking for a missing child not a corpus .If the search would have been done to extreme at first Im sure this case would have been solved! In my opinion this case was done very carelessly since day one . Cp was smart and said missing child and blew it off that he walked away from home .That way no criminal investigation would have taken place at that time .Gave them time to “ clean up “ a lilbit .Thanks Don B you’ve kept this case alive .You are literally the only one I watch anymore .
