Seb didn't do well this year because he's sensitive to that kind of thing and that's why bernie told him to reveal the truth. Ferrari announced that it was a joint decision but wasn't true at all. It sounded like they weren't offering him enough money and that's what the media believed was the reason so seb revealed to Martin brundle that there was never any offer on the table. So because they treated seb awfully, they let him down and he now only cares about the people. The mechanics. That's why his message said after the mechanics names "you are ferrari"

I would say Leclerc would have a similar response, Ferrari gave the guy a life, they gave the support and the opportunity since he was a kid, they have been there giving him support after his best friend's death on track (rip Jules), that's why I believe we just witnessed the single most Ferrari passionate team of all time
