I'm slightly confused by the first decision point on your flow chart, IF No, you don't "find 10 products in that niche" then the sequence flow goes to "Keep building out a product backlog" which then has a sequence flow to "Finish"

Well done, far ahead of everyone on youtube in every possible way... I have 2-3 questions, so if you can answer them, I would be very grateful 1. When I find something like a dozen products, do I put them all on my shopify page and test 1 at a time, or do I put 1 product at a time and test until there is a winner and then I insert the others or not 2. how many days should it take to test products of type 1, I will put the product on Monday until when the test should go, then the second one if you can explain and that's it I LOVE YOU
@DaishaSmith-xy2en9 ай бұрын
For you first question i would say to test each product one by one. Having multiple products on your store that aren't related will come off scammy to the customer so I would stick to one product at a time.

So basically, build a real business around an industry you enjoy (woodworking, golf, underwater basket weaving - whatever!). Create 1 product. Sell it. Create another. Sell it to same audience that bought product 1. And repeat. Idk why dropshippers wanna take the shortcut and "dropship" products that can sold by anyone with a laptop. CREATE A MOAT around your product, and you'll be set for life. You don't need millions of views or followers either. Even 1,000 customers who LOVE your brand and products can make you six figures a year (which can grow to millions later). Everyone wants millions in sales a year, but they're not willing to put in the work it takes to build a real audience who loves you. Sad.
