There are two types of tax -income tax and sales tax. As an Intl seller, You don’t owe income tax to the USA government, you owe income tax to your local government. As far as sales tax is concerned, it depends on what they call "nexus". If u use a USA dropshippers, then they will pay sales tax MOST OF THE TIME (depending on their nexus in a state). Some USA dropshippers will ask you for TIN before they’ll let you dropship from them due to sales tax laws in their local state. U can get a reseller certificate by getting “Employer Identification Number” as Intl seller. Once you get an EIN, getting a reseller certificate/license is very easy. You simply apply for them online. now guys , I know a very little about all this, I m a newcomer myself, I hv just shared what I've learnt online.

You can google it and you'll be directed to the IRS website OR you can register your business in the US in various states. The best states to incorporate your business as an LLC are Nevada, Delaware and Wyoming. Delaware is the cheapest and you can get a full corporate kit at usformation.com in Delaware. You'll receive a Certificate, an EIN, a bank account, a virtual address and a phone number all for $299. There's also www.swyftfiling.com if you want more options. Swyft Filing also includes free ecommerce website setup but you'll have to pay a bit more.

They offer ACH accounts. Works like Payoneer. The main one they do with Citibank but it's all ACH really. If you want an actual real bank account, they only offer getting a real European bank account.

It's not as hard as you think. Register your business as an LLC in Wyoming, Delaware or Nevada. Get an EIN, a bank account and make sure your taxes. EVen if you're not a resident US citizen, make sure your business pays its taxes.

Hi Sebastian, My experience with Payoneer was EXCEPTIONALLY bad. They simply auto respond to any email you send them and then send you a rating email for service they did not give you. Your issues could be so urgent and so severe but they SIMPLY DONT CARE. It is THE WORST bank or company I have ever felt with in my life. I had some freelancers work for me and they had the same experience.

If you live in US or you have a US citizenship then you need to pay US taxes, otherwise you don't need to pay US taxes.

All you have to do it's create an LLC... Simple as that... If you from out of united states all you need to do is a bank account... But you can use payoneer to create an LLc

But you can also use companies like Buffalo Registered Agents and Havard Business Services to register your LLC in US and obtain a US EIN, Tax ID and all that.. It's quite pricy but I think it's worth it. ( I have not done it yet though)
