What do you think about this version vs none Doryani? I have roughly 2000 divines saved up after selling my old build and i really want to test this build out. But i think im going to fall short on currency. Do you think the none Doryani version is comparable and eventually swap to this version? Also wondering if its viable to use mirror dagger with "hits cannot be evaded" for your version? Or if its just straight up worse.

@@Mas-ij3ti that dagger is straight up worse, hits can't be evaded is already part of the vaal lightning strike skill gem, but the dagger will still be good. you can drop doryani's for sure, will just be less damage

@@Mas-ij3ti I'm currently saving up for the sublime jewel. I am doing fine with negative cold res and only partial conversion of cold to fire. I use an avian talisman to get full conversion of lightning to fire. I've been able to clear content at a lower level than my level98 LSoA Deadeye.

@@TheCristo1996 i'm runnign the same build with high end pc spec, I hardly ever go beyong 60°c on both cpu and gpu, when game goes freezy like when he fight the boss gpu usage goes to 5-10% therefore no cosomation nor heatness

this build is a beast... finally got the forbidden jewels as my final chase items for the build. insane clear and single target dps after ramp, but also insanely expensive. i would say to get everything working properly defense + mechanic wise as shown in video, it will cost roughly 4+ mirrors

If you were to keep Progenesis, can't you use the enchant "Used when you take a Savage Hit" so Progenesis would never be up when you cast FR?

You self cast forbidden rite spell, cause you to take chaos damage hit, which enables Vengeful cry (because forbidden rite did damage to you) then you switch back to your dagger + Vaal LS.

How are you increasing the duration without increasing the soul gain prevention duration? The enchant is reduced soul gain prevention duration, so it should be additive to the increased duration on the tree. Even in your pob it says that you have around 3 seconds soul gain prevention.

I followed your latest build which have full capped chaos res and a progenesis so I thought that it would still proc the savage hit even though its chaos capped so i tried it and it wouldn't work on my end unless i dropped my chaos res, please help :) (no fatal flourish, sublime and nimis yet hehe)

Have you noticed that Elusive sometimes makes it so your Forbidden Rite hit deals no damage? I ended up removing nightblade because it made it very awkward triggering vengeful cry.

That's what is doing that! I took off progenesis because it would sometimes proc off a real savage hit from a monster and would force me to wait until it ended to do the combo. Elusive eating a forbidden rite hit was something I chalked up to lag because the build is naturally quite laggy. I've gotten used to looking at the skill bar and double- or triple-tapping FR until i see vengeful cry light up. I know the self-damage from FR cannot be blocked, dodged, evaded, or suppressed, but can be avoided apparently? Also, the slight delay after casting VC before the game registers a weapon swap is quite annoying as well.

Hey, this build looks really well rounded & something I want to aspire to the next weeks. I think I want to go with a Divine Flesh setup for now though, since the Sublime Vision for PoF is so expenisve. But I assume, that you don't want to skip the 80 max chaos res in that case. Is there a solution for the Savage hit with max chaos res?

It's tricky, and I haven't looked at the numbers, but an avenue could be trying going hybrid life/ES since ES would increase the damage FR does to you

@@SebastianK94 Thanks for the idea! Doing the numbers, it doesn't feel viable to me. Savage hit: 15% max life in a single hit FR -> 40% max life taken x 0.2(80 CRes) = 8 (%) So 7% life taken has to come from ES scaling. Since only 25% of ES is converted to player damage, you would need an ES pool roughly 140% of the life pool. This doesn't appear to be reasonably achieable without sweeping changes to the build, but I might be missing something.

@@kilgore0151 Nope. Got incredibly lucky by actually dropping PoF Sublime so I didn't invest too much brain power in exploring alternatives. I would probably ditch Vengeful Cry though & invest in a different form of rage generation. A hybrid LS / VLS setup is probably smoothest. Or going for the other setup mentioned, but that would be a very different build entirely.

I dont understand the Forbidden Rite setup in the boots. I understand how Forbidden Rite causes a savage hit and how that will make Vengeful Cry available. I dont understand the Autoexert with General's Cry though. General's Cry isnt summoning mirage archers and therefore Forbidden Rite doesnt trigger..

huh? general's cry doesn't interact with forbidden rite at all, it is there as a qol to stop your rage from degenerating by letting you gen a little rage every 2-ish seconds or whatever

@@SebastianK94 I think I see the issue. I had the POB downloaded where you have the Rage Mastery as Nearby Enemies are Imtimidated while you have rage. Whereas on the other POB Rage Mastery is Warcries Grant 1 Rage per 5 enemy power up to 5.

Fun and Strong build! I'm currently doing a omni version beacause I cant afford sublime, 4k life and 84 resis is pretty fine. But when I do T17 I struggled with ground effects because full screen vls, like Sirus and exsearch degen, rare monsters volatile cores are annoying too. Do you just skip these mods or can you tell me some T17 mod I should avoid? Much appreciate for your work and videos!

I think GGG's servers almost exploded with the Uber fights and KZbin's video playback. Actually, shit the bed with the bitrate. I've got quite a beefy set up my end (PC-wise) and even that would be brought to its knees and clubbed over the back of the head with a cricket bat at the effects.

If you are using DirectX 11, try using 12 or even Vulcan. That fixed crashes for me completely.
