Man. Não sei o que acontece que a fase nunca termina pra mim. Fica sempre em 149 inimigos. Nunca acho o último. E eu sempre mato a galinha que fica lá em cima onde tem o rocket launcher. Outra pergunta : pq vc sempre fere o inimigo com molotov em cima do container e nunca mata de uma vez ?

I have a lot of trouble with regions and enemies not spawning, and this map is the worst because of it. How/where do I learn how to deal with spawn regions?

Long ago there was a "guide" showing the regions of every level, and I learned some of them playing. Just try to follow what I do (at what combo I move) and you might understand the amount of enemies that appear in each zone.

En PS3 tienes que comprar la versión Gold o descargar como DLC dicho modo. En PS4 se llama Mercenarios Unidos. En PC es lo mismo con la versión Gold en steam.
