Sir if am not wrong 6:11 prescribed period schedule me nahi diya hai. Schedule me period of limitation diya hai. Prescribed period calculated/computed period ko kaha jata hai jo ko after applying the provision 12-24 from period of limitation as given under Schedule nikal kr ata hai.

sir agr post dated cheque dia jaaye , jo kisi aur se mila ho , apna debt pay of krne k liye agr diya jaye kisi ko toh usko iss section k under kis trh deal krenge
