Sir if A went on the roof by means of a ladder and B thereafter removes the ladder then why B is not guilty of wrongful confinement ? Sir as per my understanding A is then circumscribed within the boundaries of the roof and thus B has committed the offence of wrongful confinement. I am asking because you have the same example is given by you in wrongful restrained in this video at 3:54mins

Mens rea or actus rea,,,, rahena chahiye ,, activity par.. agar activity par actus or mens rea rahega to punishment zaroor hoga,,,, ye nahi rahega to ipc applicable nahi hoga... because ipc ko conduct karta hai mens rea and actus rea.

Can somebody explain me the ladder example of wrongful restraint? How's that not wrongful confinement? As there is total suspension of his personal liberty to move in any direction other than the terrace! Thats like being confined in a room only.
