ETH was founded in 2014-2015. Headquartered in Switzerland. And the SEC has had ETH on their radar since 2018. Where is the statute of limitations? Does this seem like a country founded by Washington and Jefferson? Andrew Jackson didn't like the central bank. We, as Americans need to demand a better oversight. SEC is not capable of overseeing this industry. Five years - move on! Biden placed Gensler in 2021. Congress needs to hand the SEC clarity 24 months or move on!
