Madam I have a property related case which was in my favor from the sub court but against me in the appellate court this was in june 2020. EP has been filed against me. But this P filed property is not in my name. When I bought this money on interest, I bought a blank stamp paper along with my property document and then they made a fake agreement on this blank stamp paper. I had transferred this place to someone else a year before the agreement was drawn up.

It is requested that is it essential to the plff having obtaining permanent injunction decree in his favour and already in possession of the land comma to execute the decree or dm ssp of yhe district will comply with the orders in its sense true faithfully to avoid unwanted litigatio between the parties. Please clarify it. Thinking you.
