After FAIL #1, It's ATTEMPT #2! Passage From USVI to GRENADA! Scenic Tour of ST. CROIX!
This week, after a failed attempt at passage from St. John to Grenada due to crazy weather and squalls, we find ourselves sheltering at St. Croix. We make use of our 3 day layover by renting a car and touring the whole island! It was a whirlwind of sightseeing and now we can't wait to go back and spend more time there. Truly beautiful! But finally, it was time to head back out to sea for our second attempt at an ocean passage to Grenada. This time things certainly started of much better!! Enjoy!! And be sure to SUBSCRIBE for WEEKLY CONTENT EVERY FRIDAY! Cheers!!
Thanks for watching SailAway, the travel documentary of an adventurous sailing couple, plus toddler and dog, sailing the world!

Your vlogs are so good! They're like watching a movie and you have such great adventures and info, like that awesome blue water, wow. It's great to see Rivers having a blast sailing and not getting sea sick. Beautiful sunrise to. That's cause Rivers has those sea legs from sailing so long. Wont be long you'll be boat school the little guy. Eric, self stirring scrambled eggs, a new invention. There it is, land ho. Stay safe you guys!

Great video. We love that you didn't give up. Rivers is such a happy little boy. How did Zeke go with bathrooming during the passage? Which one of you talented sailors does the editing? Keep up the great work guys.⚓⛵🌬😎🌴

Thank you! Zeke goes up on deck and we rinse it off with a bucket, though he always holds it a long time before giving in. Loren does the bulk of the editing and I do the audio balancing and nitpicky stuff once she's done. :-)

try steaming your hard boiled eggs rather than boiling them--it makes it a ton easier to peel them. thought i would throw that in there as i see you boiling eggs a bunch. Thanks for your video's.

I dont like patron because they take a cut, please oh please link the XRP tipbot to your youtube and wesite, the whole financial world runs on XRP and Ripple so why don't you?

I'll have to look into crypto more. Frankly, we don't know much about it and wouldn't currently know what the hell we were doing! We actually really like Patreon. They do take a cut, but it's only 5%, which for us is worth it for the organization of our "crew", benefits, simplicity in tracking everything, etc., and they've made their interface exremely easy for creators to use. Though I agree, we need a simpler option for those who just want to offer a small "tip" once in a while. We offer that through PayPal, but they of course take a cut as well.
