Days after 13-year-old Madeline Soto failed to show up at school and was reported missing, detectives used surveillance camera footage and license plate readers to re-trace the movements of two different vehicles, including one allegedly driven by the boyfriend of Soto’s mother.

Was she so much younger than him that you can say he groomed her? I generally have a lot of sympathy for moms and wives of these people who commit monstrous acts. As so many want to jump immediately to “How could they not have known?” Many are duped along with the rest of society (I know as my bio father had everyone duped). But this woman flat out lied for that man. My heart breaks for her daughter. Her mom is no victim.

You're right. Well, now there's a new line of questions surrounding her level of involvement. Did she witness the murder of her daughter? Did he tell her about it after the fact? Is mom the murderer? I have to wonder how she knew exactly where Madeline was, although they both could have been in the Subaru. Did she/he/they go so mom could say good bye? Was it to retrieve something accidentally left at the site? Such a disturbing story, and so compelling to follow.

Well if she said she was somewhere else like work and they tracked that second vehicle to that location it would actually confirm her statement, if it says she left later than she told them it’s a problem or if the two vehicles met anywhere that’s a problem for Jen, that data might be the only thing upholding her statements right now hindering them arresting her for involvement in this, unless they can pin the vehicle she’s driving to any of the dumped evidence or his efforts to clean up that day, she can play oblivious, they seem to be struggling to make that solid connection, and trust me I hope they do, I just think that’s a big part of why no charges for Jen quite yet they just don’t have her pinned to anything substantial enough as of right now.

Ginger, Madeline was a “teen” for less than 24 hours. She was a young girl in middle school. And “bizarre” is not even remotely an accurate descriptor for this story. Horrific. Heartbreaking. Tragic. Nightmarish. Deeply disturbing. This heartless reporting is getting old and tasteless.

Im one like that....sometimes my boys get worried that I don't date much or that relationships come and go, they'll never know its because i don't trust men around them. He didn't walk back to the condo and get the white car. He couldn't drive both cars. Did he have his cellphone with him. I know he left it at the condo different times of the day. There is evidence the white Nissan was at the body site at 3: something am. I think he went in Jennifer's car to move the body but the gate was locked. Farmers lock them at night so people don't party in their fields, or steal stuff. So he decides not to move the body , maybe the body was smelling really bad and he needed help to move her. The second car , Jennifer's car headed down to the body. That's no one else but Jennifer. I still think she unalive Madeline. Those renters are holding back on some really bad information. They were there. I think from the way Jennifer is acting she is guilty. Or else she would have told police she needed to talk in private and told on Stephan. But she didn't do that. She is in control and not falling apart .

If you haven’t heard yet, there is an email exchange that’s from Stefan and his parents from jail. And in that email exchange, his parents mentioned don’t take the fall for her or something like that. That she had a lot to do with it. And I believe 100% Jenn had a lot to do with it. I wouldn’t even be shocked if she was the one that killed Maddie.

It’s in the documents- she tells the detectives SS left in her car in the early morning at 3:30ish to 4:40ish do ur research. It’s JS’s car. That’s also the car the cadaver K9 got a hit on the rear pass wheel well. But nothing on his car… strange

@@remibelle3470 yes he left the apt at 12:57pm Mon 2/26 with presumably her body still in trunk- (from video at parking garage we see him @ 944AM switch her from front seat to truck) he goes up that same route & ends up on Old Hickory Road around 13:16 (1:16PM) then he leaves that spot with a spare tire on now at 2:11 PM & makes his way back to Apt. At 2:43PM he’s back at the apt- goes to the dumpster a few times & at 4:36 he is seen again at dumpster (i think this is when they see him dump the tire tread) Now he is on his way to Grandma’s work because JS has called & told him she didn’t show up to school. He get there at 5:03. Deputy shows up for 911 call at 7:46PM. He goes to show him fake drop off spot at 9-9:22PM then goes bk to gma’s work & they all head bk to Apt at 9:23pm. At this point all the Missing persons detectives & domestic crimes detectives, bolo alert, teletype & emresource & many deputies have been notified & dispatched to find Maddie. A Couple diff cops go to their apt to ck in & get clothed for k9 to search around 11:53PM - 12:49AM. A couple hrs later 3:16A SS takes JS’s Nissan (his car has a donut spare on it) and drives the same path he did earlier out to Old Hickory Road. He gets there at 3:35AM & leaves at 4:09AM to head back to the apt at 4:30AM- tues 2/27. The detective get there later in the morning & they never let him out of their sight again… until they throw them out of the house at 1AM 2/28 so they can place it on lock down for a search warrant later that day. They go ck into hotel at 2ish AM & he takes her car AGAIN this time from 4:42AM 2/28 till 10:55 AM he arrives bk at hotel. I think he goes to his storage unit in North Port but this isn’t confirmed. A couple hrs later- detectives come to hotel to give JS & SS a ride to the press conference & follow up interviews in separate cars… they show JS the pics of him & M. he is arrested there & they had already moved in to tow the Nissan from the Hotel parking lot. These cops are bad as*! Sorry for long winded text. Hope that helps

Why does Jenn look away or up at ceiling in office of her job? If she was missing from school why did her sister call cops first to report her missing and they did not pursue her friends or school officials , offices at schools do not close right after dismissal . One of her roommates was Madeline’s teacher at Middle school . So why didn’t she call Jen or police to report her missing after she and 15 y/o sin returned to their townhouse ? This whole roommate situation was weird .Jen may not be directly involved with her murder but she has knowledge of unusual activities by SS that day . When did Jen go to work , did she leave house , did she check her room ? How did she know she forgot phone if Sterns was throwing Maddie’s things away all day at townhouse dumpsters . This must have been crime of passion and he freaked to try and cleanup after the murder and set up a way to dump body ! But he can’t really be that ignorant to not know of all the eyes in the sky at traffic lights, license plate readers, cell phone towers , people seeing your vehicle pulled off Old Hickory Tree changing tire . Sterns not sharpest crayon in the box! Actually pretty stupid to keep images on phone ( nothing is ever lost ) when you wipe out data! Shame little girl was caught in world of two dysfunctional adults at her house !
