Second Class Return (Part 3)

The oldest programme I've got, dating from some time in 1996 at the time of rail privatisation.
In this programme, two Railtrack reports are examined and investigated, safety of rail workers is also questioned, and various ex BR bosses expose their views. Lots of long gone Slam door units, Class 56s, 58s and 60s on Freight trains, and loads of HSTs, and for some reason, most of the interviews were done at the Severn Valley Railway!
