I did contact them and i am in contact all the time, still since may when i bought it i have not been able to enjoy this bike as the replacement engine also failed after few days ( the original engine failed after a month) and now we are discussing about either send another new engine or a new bike . Thanks

gee that is taking too long might be a language issue? Ive been looking for a review in English and thats not working out to well for me. I see some in other counties, but not for the USA -
