Chevrolet doesn't produce great cars man it's why it pulled out of South Africa their cars don't last that long plus you will pay more on parts and their cars are out of production. Service is also expensive and is only done at an isuzu dealership. If you are really interested in one go for one with low mileage but I would advise you to buy a utility backie instead they seem to be more reliable

Helpful stuff, thanks. I am looking for economic bakkie to often move my printing equipment between towns, I was considering a Chevrolet Utility or a Nissan NP200, but I heard you mention that GM is now out of South Africa and Nissan has kind of been compromised by working with Renault, is there any other alternative or should I just get a small car and hire a trailer whenever I need to travel?
