This was a blind-buy for me. I loved the movie! I will admit I am not the big horror fan like I was back in the 80s. But I really fell in love with this movie. My only issue with the 4K is the way the movie was shot. Being digital and weak color palette, it doesn't showcase the 4K format IMO. Again, I don't blame the transfer, just the film techinque. But glad I got it.

It’s such an amazing set, just ordered late night with the devil 4k and Blair witch blu ray from second sight, they are absolutely the best boutique label this year imo, or they are tied with arrow video

I watched this (the Walmart steelbook) for the first time last night. This is a movie I've wanted to watch for a while. I absolutely loved it. I definitely got a lot of motion blur watching the Blu-Ray on my 4k set-up, but I didn't mind.

I’m standard edition only for Second Sight. Don’t love their art and the last thing I need is hardback books and art cards taking up shelf space. Love their discs though

Great movie.. Sharni is an Aussie actress who later starred in the remake of "Patrick - Evil Awakens", another horror movie worth seeing. She does a great job in this movie..

You’re Next was one of those movies that took me a long time to eventually watch it. I remember the constant TV trailers and spots. Watching with the eyes of 2023, the early 2010s feel is there and gives a slight dated feel. Due to the fact that we have seen tons of similar movies in that decade. This is the only major negative I could give the movie. Overall, it is entertaining. It doesn’t take massive swings and has some sense of awareness. Having the second half twist into the final girl fighting back is what makes the film special. Seeing the protagonist become super pro active is different.
