I'm from Germany. My Father was one of the best friends of Andreas Knirsch (called "Knirschi") in their childhood. I've found this song on a CD in my fathers car and I still love it 😊

They're from Germany. This was released under the band's label, View Records, in 1986. Later re-released it under a different label and they called themselves "The Moscopeboys".. 2 of the founding members,Oliver Sassin and Ingo Kreutzer have been making music for the past years under the name Ultramarin.

Hallo Second View! Jaja, lang ist es her. Kann mich noch an den Gig erinnern, der in der Großraumdisco in Oldenburg abging. Leider war die Akustik dort in dem Nebenraum ziemlich dürftig, dafür aber die Rückkopplungen umso besser. Spaß beiseite. Das Equipment war halt noch ziemlich dürftig und die Erfahrung auch, jedenfalls meinerseits! Der Gig in Holzminden am Weserkai war dafür umso besser abgelaufen, aber auch mit recht wenig Publikum. Und als wir dann mit dem Auftritt fertig waren, kam der NDR und wollte noch Aufnahmen machen. Wir, bzw. ihr hättet einfach nochmal eine Zugabe machen müssen, dann wären wir alle noch im Regional-TV gewesen. Manchmal ist man einfach neben der Spur und es dauert eben etwas länger, aber OK, es ist wie es ist und machen wir das Beste draus! Es waren schöne Zeiten die ich nicht missen möchte und ich wünsche euch allen alles Gute für die Zukunft und bleibt wie ihr seid. Vielleicht läuft man sich ja mal über den Weg und man erkennt sich nach so vielen Jahren auch noch wieder! Alles Gute wünscht euch Andi (früher Menne genannt)

I know nothing about this band, but I would like to. They sound like the Wild Swans / Care from Liverpool. Also, I hear hints of the Woodentops in the midst of the production.
