Your patience at building skills a mini project at a time is nice to watch. Most of the guys are so far beyond me that although I love the machining porn I miss the small learnings that come with this. Probably not important but you might want to leave a bit of meat for a finishing pass on the pieces. The swarf from the aluminum probably messes with the finish if you can't clear it with air or water.

It’s very satisfying. I was informed for more accuracy I need to put the stop on the fixed jaw. I agree with that that advise and when using it I will secure it to the fixed jaw. Thanks as always.
