PQ, if you have Lauira on your main account (or use her on your press account), ttry her out in Mode Shuffle till you get convoy as the attacker, the 18" SAP is just so broken against the transports.

Manual Secondaries was changed to need accuracy spool-up because WG didn't want subs to get shredded immediately upon surfacing.

Had an enemy CV on the same map as your first game who just flew to the spawn location and killed a convoy ship in the first 3 minutes... Very cool class

during the last round of asyms i ran Napoli, Schroder, Micheal Angelo, and other CAs with good (on paper) secondaries for 10 games each. i used asyms for the consistency of the bots versus random teams that have no consistency. outside of the 3 named ships the other CAs just didn't have the hit % to be very effective. i found the Schoder would often do more overall damage than the Napoli due to the fires, but Napoli was by far better at hit % and pure secondary gun damage. the Mich Angelo could have good damage to, but it just didn't perform as consistently as the other two. if you like hearing secondary guns going off Schroder puts out so many shells, it's just to bad it doesn't quite have the Napoli's accuracy. just having one of these secondary CAs on a flank is enough to scar away a lot of DD just like the Schlieffen does, no way a DD wants to be spotted inside of those secondary guns range.

Schröder does have the downside of despite being 305mm guns, the AP pen is abysmal for the caliber. They're basically the same AP shells as Kaiser & Derflinger. It barely beats Zao in pen at anything above point-blank ranges.

I take pack a punch for my Mainz. It allows me sometimes to get automatic kills if they get in range of the torps. It also allows for me target one ship with one set and another with the other. If they low health (half or below) that's usually two kills (long as they hit) and that's just with one side's torps. Pack a punch makes Mainz extremely dangerous at close range, same could be said for Hindy. Once scored First Blood, 2x Dev strikes and double strike in a game all at same time thanks to her boosted torps. Secondary range increase is just a bonus even though Schroder (which I don't have but did want but was early in my WoWs career where finishing DY events were difficult from lack of ship selection for tasks) is the only KMS that really benefits from it (has the baked in accuracy buff) as far aa I know. I hate the convoy. Odds are stacked against the defending team, on some maps (I am looking at you 2 Bothers) it's just near impossible to win.

I get blind smoke shot at all the time and get killed. I never knew about that mod and it is game-breaking. For the last month, I have wondered why I keep getting blind shot and killed.

That and the mods that give you the exact speed of your targeted ship (and wether they're slowing down or speeding up and turn angle), and one that gives you the cooldown timer of the enemys dcp so you can time your shots perfectly, should be straight up banned. EDIT: Also the one that lets you know what round type the ship has loaded.
