How does that arcane boost crit so much with just 10%? Is it flat /does it stack?

+10 flat crit chance per attack (high fire rate weapons benefit from this) until 1-6 orange crit then it removes all crit chance gained before and do it again

absolute crit chance boost, meanings if it shows 200% as a buff its +200% to whatever you have 10% +200% = 210%
