For the most parts yes but he's also stuck on this fake nostalgia of the greatness of past fighters...Usyk is a bigger heavyweight than Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield were..so what's this talk about those guys were big big guys and true heavyweights...you simply don't know if Usyk could have beat any of those guys..period!! Usyk at 37 still fighting like a prime heavyweight..Lennox Lewis at 37 was being cleaned out by Vitali Klitschko in his last fight and was lucky Vitali had a cut that stopped the fight..he retired cos he knew very well what a rematch would have meant for him.. Evander Holyfield came up from cruiser weight and gave Lennox all he could handle in 2 fights..Lennox could not impose himself on Evander in either fight yet Evander was smaller then than Usyk today

When Tyson said he wanted £500 million to fight Usyk, he was looking to get paid like Elon Musk... However Turkie made him a financial offer he couldn't refuse! Hence the fights being made... @capricornmagic63 you needed two belts to be undisputed back in the day, Usyk had to get four in two weight classes. He didn't fight "KZbin star nobodies" he fought the best in Cruiserweight and Heavyweight, Olympics and over 200 amature fights. @@MaverickLee11 in his prime he usually weighed in between 215 and 220. And Duke wasn't talking about in their time, he was making a direct comparison to Usyk's size. Duke’s one of the very few boxing experts who’s called this right from the off and his post fight analysis is spot on as usual. Personally, as a boxing fan and lover of the sport for 40 years, I’ll be glad to see the back of the Fury’s. Their constant profanity laden diatribes and classless menace have always been an embarrassment to the sport and the country they claim to represent. Usyk’s double defeat of Fury was justice served on behalf of the sport of boxing and not least the young Ukrainian John Fury headbutted for doing nothing more than cheering his fellow countryman. Thank you Usyk 🙏

If the fight is rematched 5 more times, Usyk will always come out tops. The guy's just special. I used to dislike him, I must admit, being an AJ fan. But now, I just love him for his abilities and his humility. I believe he'll retire undefeated and undisputed.

Tyson Fury bullied the media and a huge part of the boxing casual fandom that he was the greatest ever. The hurting thing for him is that he couldnt Bully the one person he needed to bully, thats usyk. Usyk is the one who should get the plaudits not the self acclaimed braggart in tyson fury

Not to be a Usyk fanboy (also because I still believe he's nowhere close to Ali), but he has plenty of world champions on his resume: Glowacki Briedis Gassiev Bellew Joshua Dubois Fury Not really his fault if in the 2 top divisions there was nobody better around, is it?

I like Duke. His analysis is always intelligent and rational. I agree with him that Usyk won the fight. I thought Fury did well, although I would have liked Fury to be a touch more aggressive. It would have been nice to see Fury and his team be more humble in defeat, and give credit to Usyk, but I guess thats just not in their make up. In an era of you tube fighters it is good to see a true world champion like Usyk, who is there because of his achievements inside the ring. Not because of the number of followers, not because of his charisma, not because of the money he generates, but because of what he does INSIDE the ring, and thats where the power should be

Sure is. Also, from the beginning black Americans ruled the Heavyweight division but now prefer sports that don't give them slurred speech - this is the reason for the decline in the heavyweight division where the likes of Fury, Wilder, AJ, Dubois etc are fighting over the spoils. Peak Tyson, Holyfield, Lewis annihilate them.

Mike tyson in his prime fought at 220, usyk 226 ? Fury is 6.9 and slow that does not make usyk small. If anything he has an advantage as he is very fit and he's a better boxer

Yeah, I guess being big or small is mostly relative. But I think it does get to a point at times that one can get too big and that extra mass becomes a hindrance.

Duke: yh Usyk is two years older, outweighed by 4.5 stone, 6 inches smaller, and he still overcame all of that and beat Fury!... Next statement, no Usyk is not an all time great and wouldn't beat Mike Tyson, Larry Holmes, or Lennox Lewis because they were too big and true heavyweights and could do it all 😒😮‍💨!? Make it make sense peeps... Im sure Fury is a true heavyweight, A.J? Chisora? Dubois!? Are they not true heavyweights that can do it all who were or since have been world champions!? Usyk beat them all! Sounds like he has bias to the era he was active in! Usyk would of done a job on those heavyweights as is more skilled hence him being in the PFP conversation...smh the only ones close were Evander Holyfield, David Haye, but they were never more skilled than Usyk ever... He stopped David Bellew who beat David Haye twice... He has far more tools...Plus his record speaks for itself... Never boxed at home, always away, and never lost... He just beat Fury, (who people were saying was a generational all time great a few months ago) bk2bk...And still undefeated!🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🎄🔥😤

Mike Tyson in his prime would of killed Usyk. Usyk is not an elite finisher at heavyweight he’s won by UD against all the heavyweights. Mike Tyson in his prime was an Elite finisher.
@rizingfeeonix5678
@rizingfeeonix5678 6 күн бұрын
@KINGDMANN because the sport is called boxing🥊 not knocking people out 🤔🤣... And as for prime Tyson beating Usyk... Well Usyk is beating elite heavyweights currently at 37/38 years old... (Tyson peaked early to mid 20's then dropped off big time... he was getting stopped by bums before he retired)... And that's all he beat at cruiserweight too, world champions... Usyk is pure class in and out the ring too! Tyson was mainly high off an array of narcotics from his own admission! Trouble in and out the ring! From rape allegations out the ring to biting ears off in the ring... And Tyson couldn't even handle Holyfield who he lost to twice who was also a cruiser who stepped up to heavy like Usyk... Tyson lost 😂😭🤣 so get your head out your rectum and try again or get to actually know the sport your trying to talk about, as you sound absolutely clueless 💯🤔🔥 oh and merry Christmas 🎄🎁🎄🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊

Usyk is the same weight and height as some of Duke's greats like Holyfield. He's actually almost identical to Ali and Foreman in weight, height and reach but I think he probably has more muscle weight than Ali and is faster and more agile than Foreman.

I honestly don't think Dubois wanted to jump in and make an ass of himself WWE style at the end. He's not even next in line, he also seems like a decent dude and his face after the fact told me he was embarrassed to do that. I understand why, but I don't wanna knock Dubois more than I should for that. All that aside, Usyk will wipe the floor with Dubois all over again.

He lost to a few fight novice in Spinks and multiple fights . Almost got knocked spark by Cooper . Only recovered cos they cut his glove . Great fighter but over rated because of his character . Usyk is better. He’s saying they were all big heavyweights . Ali was the same size and Holyfield also can up from cruiser weight so he’s not talking sense !
