This is the video I needed. Just finished final year of Uni and I can honestly say that I’ve been depressed for a long time. I can relate in the sense that gym has kept me sane but I’ve been putting off seeing a psychologist because my parents “don’t believe it in” and as a result I’ve been reluctant to contact one because this type of mentality has subconsciously been ingrained in me. I’ve been on anti-anxiety tablets during exams and I don’t want to have to rely on them. Today I’m going to contact a psychologist and admit to myself that it’s time to talk about it and it’s okay to not be okay. Your words have truly helped me and I will return to this podcast again should I need some words of wisdom. Thank you True Geordie and thank you Tyson Fury. I am forever grateful for this

@Mick Barnes what do you base that on ? What I see is another stiff robot in AJ . A fat Mexican with a bit of movement KNocked out AJ and he ran in the rematch . Fury outboxes AJ . He has better cardio , better chin , better movement , he is quicker . Again what do you base that AJ smokes fury ? Casual plum
