I was thinking the same thing. Also if you knew a family that was going through tough times that you could give them to, give them to them. The next time you go to the store, look at the price of catfish, it is up there with the steaks, Lol. Big as those fish are, it wouldn't take many to fill a freezer. Just a suggestion/idea about the fish. I love the content, keep it coming.

Typically not advised to eat big catfish, me personally I throw back everything over a few lbs...I think generally you wanna keep it around 2ft or so
