In this video, i will take you to unknown secret country located inside Vilnius, capital city of Lithuania and country name is Republic of Uzupis. It is not recognized by UN but Dalai lama has visited this country once.
This is self declared independent state and they have their own flag, constitution and their own president. They also have their passport control office in which they stamp your passport on page 11 the visa on arrival for every citizen of the world.
This self style country was developed by group of artists, musicians around 30 years back and its still run by artists. They have their own president too.
Their flag is really interesting having hole in the hand which means you cannot hold anything in this free world. Anything you try to hold, will fall down, so lets set everything free for everyone.
