Misleading video title. :( If it were repeatable it would be justified - as it is, this is just a way to earn a few extra coupons. You can get coupons from loot with much less trouble farming a good spot where stalkers regularly spawn. My current favorite is the Military outpost south of rookie village in the Cordon. Old times, ya know, lol. But rookies as well as military (IPSF?) spawn around the area and fight each other. There's even a rooftop if you want to hide from the occasional dog pack while the npc's shoot them for you, lol.

Lol it's 20k plus wheb I only have 20% damage done to my armor set I do have the Dimond exoskeleton but still it's wild how expensive it is

The only way to get rich normaly is to literally farm artifacts... but my shit is worth more than them and in a run you get... only like 3, and is not like in call of pripyat where you can just sleep 24hs and an emission will happen while you sleep

artifacts don't need an emission to respawn in this game

Until they raise the selling price on artifacts I would question this. Seems more profitable to me to abuse the current (broken) spawn mechanics and just hole up in a spot where opposing factions spawn - you can just afk in some places and pick up loot later - or take a more active role making bodies faster. The military checkpoint south of rookie village in the cordon is a good place for noobs and the material storage building (roof) just north of the cement factory is decent if you can handle monolith. In either place, just loot everything and dump red weapons in your stash until you're ready to leave then go to rostok to sell the red ones.
