Thank you! This worked for me, although if you’re like me and at a higher lvl it’s better to use the spider celestial staff and to put any extra sparks towards defensive talents rather than attack. Too high of attack and you won’t be able to build up enough qi before the next phase. Also for whatever reason during the last fan summons, Erlang turns into a bird, even while he’s in the wind tunnel and then knocks me out of cloud step. So the wind tunnel ends up not having enough time to break his shield, plus I didn’t have enough time to rebuild 3 focus points before he goes back to attacking. I’m not sure if I was doing something wrong or if there was an update, but this happened with all of my attempts. For anyone trying this and this happens to you, after summoning the fan, try exiting out of cloud step before building focus. I ended up just having to get creative with the order I did the last bit. Almost died doing it that way and had to use a life saving pill, but still defeated him

This build is nuts! I swapped out the jade dew for the 1000 days inebriation and dropped one of the laurel buds for the robust antler (more attack when mana is depleted since the build uses spell binder) and it’s not as tanky but the dmg is insane😎 You could even throw in the amber prayer beads over maitreya’s orb for faster focus it’s such a cool build to play around with good shit dude!

Its so much more satisfying to dodge his moveset and trade with him. He has a very VERY scriped moveset that you can very quickly learn and to dmg between on. Its more like an anime fight and so much more fun

After watching this video I got him on my first try didn’t even have to use my transformation or pluck I just repeated the process fan, charge, Wight, immobilize and Mobile Staff and I got a lot of perfect dodges you were right about the axe just sprint forward.
