These are fungal infection. Antifungal cream should be applied at the end of the

It could be fungal debris, discharge, wet dead skin or any mixture of them. I think he should have at least hovered over with suction to see if it came away because they could be hiding something more sinister like canal cholesteatomas or the beginnings of them or at the very keast erosion of the skin. I'm not a professional, though so I could be entirely wrong. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Some of the most interesting cases with some of the worst execution 😅 Edit: Although they are not alone among actual ENT doctors that don't go too thorough, maybe it is beneath them. Then it seems the audiologists are kinda in the middle as far as how complete they get. But the ones that is just like a spa worker instead of medical professional, they really do a complete job, very thorough.
