Absolute great list! Your first three are my top three! James Prigioni has been my biggest inspiration (along with the mighty Tuck, of course!), and, although I’ve been gardening for years, I started my very own food forest this year because of him! As others have mentioned, Brian, from Next Level Gardening is great as well as Growfully with Jenna. An up-and-comer to keep an eye on also is Citystead. Josh is a true family man (and includes his kids and family life in his videos), and he has a lot to share in a fun, down-to-earth manner. He’s also inspired me to think about adding a bee hive to my garden!

It is good to see that most of the channels that you feature are relatively small in terms of subscribers compared to your own. What you failed mention is the 'behind the scenes' help and tips that you have given to many KZbinrs in building and growing their channel, I myself are grateful for that. Gosh Tony where do you find the time. I’ve just trimmed my subscriptions as following too many. HGV was the first I watched as talks about growing in buckets, he got me started then I found you and many others amongst the ones I still follow is Gardener Scott he is one of my favourites too. I agree his calm approach is what initially grabbed me along with his knowledge and ability to explain. I also agree about Huw plus his book & teaching modules are worthwhile buying & doing as a new gardener. Charles Dowding is another I like to regularly watch. But I feel ashamed I haven’t subscribed to your first one I’m sure I watched him early on when learning about KZbin, before I knew about subscribing now I must rerun and find him as we’re both in Aus. I’ve also watched the weedy gardener so must go back & check him out again.

Great ref for us to expand who we can learn from, thanks. I too was watching till the end, expecting Charles Dowding to get a mention. I guess it shows, there's a wealth of options and some news ones that I didn't know if yet. I've been into home gardening for about 3 plus decades. Living most of my life in NZ, I was used to the 4 seasons and gad bumper harvests. Recently I got back into my passion of veg gardening but from Malaysia where I am now. I've not really found a good resource learning equivalent yet for humid tropical gardening, although the likes of self sufficient me provides some advice. I've toyed with doing a chanel myself but not stepped up yet. Am still relearning how to garden in tropical conditions. Perhaps one day. Keep up your channel, we can even learn and filter what can be applied in the tropics to an extent. For now I continue to do a lot of trial and error and a bit of success. Mostly, it's good for the soul, mind and body.

I think that you are a really nice guy to mention these other gardening channels and to tell us to subscribe. 👏 I'm subscribed to yours and a few that you have mentioned. Being also Welsh but living in Costa del Sol,my only complaint about you Welsh guys is that much of what you say cannot be applied in the extremely hot countries like we have here😭😭.

I do see your point Angela. A lot of what we do can be altered with some changes to work well though. I have subs in australia and arizona who are growing with just minor changes. In fact Ali lives in spain and grows similar

Some great channels there Tony. I've only just come across The Weedy Garden and was hooked straight away - he was heating up a bath of water so he could bathe under the stars! I'm off to see which ones I've missed!

Yay, a fellow Aussie at number one! Can I guide you to a couple more? Bealtaine Cottage with Colette O'Neill in Ireland, a permaculture goddess. And Plantsman's Corner with cheeky Malcolm and staff at Egglestone Hall Gardens in the U.K. Both are very different, and very enjoyable.

Home Grown Veg is my favourite gardening channel from Cumbria North West of England. Jim is an ace growing in his raised beds buckets and bags. Listen to the ones who has been doing it for many years.

Great! Nice list of channels by number two favorite! Sorry, but I also watched Huw grow up, so he is number one, especially when you add his other channel! As I informed him, I feel like his great grandmother. LOL Was surprised when he contacted me back.

I like Erica’s Welsh Garden too. And self sufficient me is awesome. And chilli chump. You have good taste in channels 👍 Some I like are torp tomaten because she does a lot of true potato seed videos and breeding, which interests me. Roots and refuge is great too. I like them because they have taught me so much about gardening. It was through their channel that I learned about vertical gardening, that black tomatoes were a thing and about heirloom seeds and seed saving.
