Just an idea…. Rather than using the paper to align the holes, use a piece of plywood cut to the size of the shaker board to fit exactly between the stiles and rails. Set it firmly on the drawer. Drill from the inside of the drawer out through the holes and into the plywood. Then you have your plywood jig for the rest of the drawers.
