Irelia does also have Wits end tho. She is midlane in this game and just goes top on a small vacation. Darius gets 100% value from his mythic while having plated steel caps while having healing reduction. It's safe to say that Darius has the better itemization for this exact fact. But yes, Darius is a very good pick into Irelia. However, this exact play is only this close because of the item difference. If Irelia had botrk, she would win this exact fight much harder when she plays it this fucking well.

Seen a few Irelia guides before, but this one is the best one so far. Generally very structured. Going from the basics to more advanced moves in logical steps. I really like how in your guides new information always builds on the previous information. Some guides are all over the place. Not necessarily bad, but they require more knowledge about the champs upfront :)

@@ronaldli5 Sett landed 3 of his skills: Q and autos got his Conq stacked, E locked Irel into tower range, W hit in the sweet spot, he itemized for the dmg Irel was doing WITH Grievous, Irel took two tower shots in that exchange, and STILL LIVED. Sure, SETT is the one who didn't deserve that dmg.

@@ronaldli5 Ah, the second Sett: same lvl, built Bramble to Irel's Bow, used his shield to soak dmg where Irel instead aimed hers for Q-path and sustain because she inexplicably ALSO gets heals from her double-resetting gap-closing AA Q. So, 2 1/2 skills used to 4, with Bramble persistently dmging throughout.

as an irelia main i can advice u to just play trynda/wukong, they are by far the hardest matchups. Fiora/renekton/garen/darius and other strong laners can still be outplayed and then outscaled in midgame. Trynda will never be killable 1 v 1 unless u are super ahead or you have enough minions to outplay him and wukong is just hard to get advantage in lane and scales as well as irelia with tankier items in mid/late game, to not talk about his insane lvl 6 all in.

As an irelia main, i can say that this video was pretty accurate. Here are few tips for new irelia mains that dobby didnt meantion: Use your W right before something like darius E, renekton and pantheon W, warwick R to help you mitigate some damage and build up even more damage with your w, as its damge increases the longer you charge it. You can also use E1 and then W, since you can use both while in a CC. This is a little bit harder to do as it requires faster speed, so maybe try doing that after your skilled on the champion Also, you cant use E1 while locked in your W or in a CC, so dont even try that. Your W hits behind you as well, so you can also use that in some cases, like if your using w to hard push a wave, or if your about to go in and you need a minion to be low enough hp to dash back to it. Love your vids dobby, keep up the great work in 2021 as well.

Another good tip is: position your ult to where the enemy will go. A lot of irelia players especially in the laning phase hits E then ults behind the enemy making the ult face towards your tower. Dont overlook the slow and damage.

A few things to add. Jax also counters her in some way as he controls engage and u can hardly all in him if he knows what he's doing with his counterstrike. Also. Q dash will not reset if the dash is interrupted halfway nor will the dmg register unlike Jax's leap strike which registers regardless of Jax dying or interrupted or not. A well timed Darius pull is an example that can cancel your Q dash.

You could also ult + flash since it will surprise the enemies because the flash will cancel out the cast time for your ult ( or it will just make it faster, also should not be mixed up with flash + ult )

I recently had a game where I was laning with an also bad Camille and Senna (I'm bad too, probably even worse, that's why). The Camille was 1 kill ahead. Ulted, killed a 3/4 full HP Camille while I was 1/4 HP. I was panicking at that time so much lmao. Jungler came in and killed Senna (we were all infront of Baron lmao).
