SECRET JOURNAL IN A JOURNAL

Do you enjoy junk journaling and art journaling? Do you like to get creative with mixed media and collage. Maybe like me you have lots of scrap papers sitting about as well as unused art supplies. So why not get creative with me and put them all to use. Let's turn those unused papers and supplies to good use and turn them into unique junk and art journal pages.
In this video I a page that hides a secret journal - this is my week 11 page for my 2024 concertina / accordion art journal / junk journal. This journal is about using my scraps and my stash of papers as well as a variety of art supplies. It's about turning trash to treasure or turning unused items to treasure. It is a mix of junk journaling and art journaling. It is a bit different - to usual journals as I will creating the journal page by page each week. I'll be using my scraps and using my stash as much as possible. #mixedmedia #useyourscraps #concertina

The concertina / accordion journal I am creating can be regarded as an #artjournal or a #junkjournal - it's up to you what you want to call yours.Whatever you call it, I will be showing how you can create each page using #collage and #mixedmediatechniques . Whether art journal pages or #junkjournalpages we are going to have fun turning #trashtotreasure. Whatever your style or preference for #journaling you can adapt this project to do what you enjoy most. Have fun.

Gorgeous❣️ Ambient sounds are fun to hear. Glue stick application and pouncing brush sounded like woodpeckers and many other sides like small birds on the ground as they look for food and nesting material. And it gives the lovely feeling of working alongside you.

Genius idea for the tie to keep the flip in place. I was thinking tiny magnets but they would not have really fit the feel of the journal. I think the tie is perfect. TFS 😍😍😍

This is brilliant! I love it. And after watching so many of your videos of you showing us the Sepia ink, I want it, lol. Also paynes grey. I compared other brands, and they are not all the same colour like the greeny tinge yours has. At least your video is showing us that, anyway. It reminds me of a very old dictionary I have with the same browny green colour pages.
