Preventing someone to lose 3 hearts would be a very difficult task for anyone to be honest. Scar lost like 5 hearts total this episode and that's actually pretty good, if you lost that every episode you'd only need to complete the task about every other episode to stay at full.

The mayor scar skin really set the tone for this episode. Love the amount of times scar just, paid off people to stay silent, lied to people to leave their bases right to their face, and convinced mumbo to be his getaway driver. You go, scar, use your high charisma stat for EVIL.
