Tell ya what I got no complaints about my Mammoth 6 bar. I do like the on board dials here . Just wish more companies would use digital drivers.. like GML Say you want 33% power your precise zz.

Choosing a LED grow light is getting tough. It’s like buying skateboarding stuff back in 1977 😎 virtually overnight we went from only a couple of companies that made really good wheels and trucks to all of a sudden boom there was 20 different companies and hundreds, of products to choose from for your skateboard 🤣. I know it’s not your job to rank one LED grow light over the other But just gonna ask anyways. When looking for a full spectrum light with UV and IR that is full adjustable, who makes the better light? KIND LED or SECRET LED?

I wish I new more when I brought my first light I brought a spider farm se7000 and it works OK but the new model is a lot better then my 3 year old model it caught fire at the plug that goes from controller to lights the plug was so loose that I had to wiggle the plug to get it to work and when you turned it above 70 percent it would short out I brought 2 more 4 months after the first and noticed they had completely new designed plugs which are much better I didn't hear how much they cost so I will watch again and I wonder if they are available in Australia with our 240 power thanks for the information

just another china led with an absolut terrible par-map. 230 in the corners and 1200 in the middle. i would not spend a dime on this light! same shit as SF, MH!

HPS are now back, all my LA , Bay Area, and Vancouver bc trap growers all got rid of LEDs. Ever since bean fiendz episode 29 the truth about LEDs came out. HID is back 2025

@wmtrombley your local hydro Store should be able to order from Illuminar or dutch lighting . Illuminar DE 1000s are the best imo for HPS, you can also use MH in them rated to both.

You’re so right, led was pushed by Cali lobbyists who have lower concerns and want more efficient lights, but most of the best growers are noticing that LEDS well just don’t smoke as nice when your comparing the top of the top flower. LED is for legal/rec market , the black market still preaches quality so a lot of the growers I know are all switching back after all the podcasts and truth about LEDs coming out.

Your dead on it was about big grows getting Huge Rebates because of better efficiency well efficiency doesn’t mean better buds only less juice at certain watts. I also saw that episode and since their is a ton going back because hands down better buds. If not back to HPS their checkered for sure. Led might be more efficient but it also makes u have to have a lot more dehumidifier juice and humidifier so once u start adding the other stuff to the plug in’s HPS isn’t to bad on efficiency. Someone better start HPS, MH, light company again the tech is here now to make even better bulbs now also. And why u think Samsung is leaving saying profits just not there know more
