There is a setting in Huawei health app to turn on message notifications. Please follow the steps.. first ensure your band is connected and paired with your phone.. now open the Huawei health app.. go to devices tab... you will see your honor band 3... tap on that.. scroll down until you find "Notification management " .. go into that setting and turn it on.. that's it..
