I love your cause. My little business (little now lol but working hard to grow) is a big believer in giving. In each listing I say what cause is being supported. I find that people enjoy having the root cause of the charity known. i,e, for my listings that give to water.org I put in there the reason is because everyone deserves clean water. At the site you see the every day stories of whom is being helped. I love knowing the application if you will of where the funds are going. U all rock TY!

I think it's important that the money goes directly to the people/person that is being affected, and that they know how to utilise it effectively and for the right things for a long period of time, and then reviewing it later on. It shouldn't just get lost in the advertisements/advertisers or video productions or a bad company. It's also great hearing the stories about how the money has helped those in need through personal things like short clips etc. Good Luck with it all boys! :)

the most important thing to me when i give is to see where my money has gone and the reassurance its made a difference, charity shouldnt stop at giving money, it should carry on for long afterwards and those who gave should stay involved
@mrjoshuastgermaine11 жыл бұрын
I think the social aspect of the giving process really helps. Some people want to show that they have helped a good cause and by putting a lot of information and giving an option to donate with your name and sharing with friends I think it is something that would help the donations thrive for the better. :)

A mix of the story of the cause and the matching. It's important to have a good story because it can be the make it or break it in people's choice to donate. But knowing that whatever I donate will also be matched by a third party also persuades me to donate because the donations will be doubled. However, I don't know how much harder it can be to find another party that would be willing to match the total amount donated.

What matters most is knowing exactly what your donations will do but also the giving process has to be as easy as possible

I rarely ever give to charity because you never know where your money is going. Theres so many con-artists or overly complicated charities which spend most of your money on their own gains. The most important thing for me about a giving website would be to see exactly where my money was going and see exactly who it was helping.

In regards to givey: it's aways the narrative.Storytelling is key to any endeavor . Look at marketing today, it's not really the product but the story that's behind or associated with that product. Storytelling is the key to success.

I think it would be good to show where the donations go to. And not just as a whole but individually. It would be cool to meet the people I've donated to. It would be more personal and special to the ones doing the giving and the ones receiving.
