I modeled swimsuits and what genuinely worked for me was spin class 3 to 5 days a week along with a couple weight classes. It takes a lot to look that way, and I think it’s also important to note genetics. For some people, no matter the amount of spin classes, their bodies won’t shape in a Victoria’s Secret model way. But if you’ve battled struggle with lower belly fat, love handles, and thicker legs, spin works wonderful. I got myself started ten years ago by dedicating 2 weeks of my time to going to spin. I told myself that I would take 3 classes each week and if by the end I hated it then I’d quit. But I loved the community and the musics always fun. I guess my whole point being, find what fulfills you and fits into your lifestyle.

It’s so much about committing yourself and being willing to give up all the chips, fast foods and sodas. Drinking only water or organic teas, fruits, veggies all the food they vlog. That alone transforms the body so much and then them dedicating themselves to working out as well at least 3 days a week. Just that, goes such a long way🎉

I work 30 hours per week and work out at least 15 hours per week, plus 5 more hours per week low impact movement like walks, yoga, stretching endlessly, self massage, blackroll... Otherwise your body just breaks. And they are in their early 20s. Try being a fitness model over 30. Your mussles live the Intensity but you will have inflammated joints and ligaments constantly.

Sorry but Bella is lying here... It was stated she has an ED and we all saw what Yolanda did to Gigi in that meme video constantly preventing her from eating and suggesting her to eat an almond when she was about to faint, I can only imagine what she did to her least favorite Bella 🤦🏻‍♀️ so guys always remember these girls go through hell to get that body not all of them (maybe not Adriana and Candice) but many have issues... I appreciate Erin Heatherton who exposed the industry and I also appreciate the fact they looked healthier this year for Victoria's secret and they showed models of all sizes and ages, that was nice!

There are not people who say ' I never go ro gym these are just genes' or ' I am naturally slim' and they even reveal their beauty tips when other models or people just hide their beauty secrets.

Most people don‘t get that it‘s a full time job to do all the self-care, the skin care, the workouts, hair care, perfecting makeup and clothing style. Besides cooking clean and dieting, which I guess these rich ladies don‘t do themselves

Start small and gradually go from there. You can start with three weight training exercises with light weights and you increase get weights as you go. Try to stick to a routine for at least a month before switching. Always start small :) you got this !

AND DONT FORGET ITS MOSTLY GENETICS AS WELL - plz dont get obsessed with beauty standards and beat yourself up because you dont ‘look like a model’, of course eat healthy and exercise etc. but never do it to ‘look like’ someone else. Be the healthiest version of YOURSELF. LOVE YOU GIRLIES. ❤

Nothing is genetic. Everyone is born with the same chances, everything depends on how you're raised and then, how YOU choose to act. There's only an environment that you get put in. There's people who are obese getting in shape not because it was in their genetics but because they actually put the effort in. Period.

Fenotype is influenced rather by environmental and lifestyle factors, genotype itself determines the basics of the work. (I personally get bigger and athletic from workouts, while long walks and yoga and ballet give me perfect catwalk training.)

She's saying everyone has different body types... Don't be so dense. Certain races have thicker bodies, more curves or butt and boobs, some have hourglass some have square some have pear shape. Some parents are petite some are tall. That's genes. Get it? @@Melko_04

Clearly she’s never heard of burn Yoga. We do a fast paced high intensity yoga class with weight lifting in 100 degrees and rotate muscle groups each day. Best part is energizing music. It’s definitely not the skis stretching yoga people imagine.
