I modeled swimsuits and what genuinely worked for me was spin class 3 to 5 days a week along with a couple weight classes. It takes a lot to look that way, and I think it’s also important to note genetics. For some people, no matter the amount of spin classes, their bodies won’t shape in a Victoria’s Secret model way. But if you’ve battled struggle with lower belly fat, love handles, and thicker legs, spin works wonderful. I got myself started ten years ago by dedicating 2 weeks of my time to going to spin. I told myself that I would take 3 classes each week and if by the end I hated it then I’d quit. But I loved the community and the musics always fun. I guess my whole point being, find what fulfills you and fits into your lifestyle.
