This made me have a dream of my grandmother I was 14 when she died she helped raise me , I nursed her until her last breathe , took time off school to help my mum see her out of this life , in the end I was happy she was gone , because I knew she was at peace It was hard watching someone you love at such a young age deteriorate and fade away , but we kept her at home in comfort and done all we could to help her , I even bathed and dressed her . I’m now 36 , and thought I’d forgotten a lot about her , but listening to this she visited me in my sleep and refreshed everything about her in my mind , her hair her clothes her skin, her eyes her hands in so much detail it was like I was observing her at home just studying everything about her even down to having a tissue tucked up her sleeve , I never dream about her but listening to this I did and it has refreshed every memory I had about her , So for that I thank you so much this experience has refreshed my life by brining to me a wonderful dream of my grandmother who made me into the man I am today , she was Irish and a real grafter I mean real grafter !!

kdoc82 🌸 wow, I bet she did visit you in your dream, I firmly believe this. Reading your comment made me remember my mom. When my mom died and I fell into a dark place, I became my brother’s primary care giver & very little finances. He’s older but with brain damage & autism he’s younger mentally, but he doesn’t like me and fought me ever step of the way. I was so sad didn’t realise I stopped looking after myself. Then one Sun I whisper to God can I see my mom again please after saying my prayers. That night I dreamt my mom again, she gave me a hug, made me tea, comforted me & gave me sound advice. I was crying with happiness. I saw everything like it was really happening; I had all my senses and I can smell her favourite perfume etc. We were back at her home instead of mine. After that moment the dark place I was in gradually faded and I concentrated bit better. I even sorted stuff out for my brother that I was really struggling with. He actually became more respectful & stopped fighting me. Then few days after he told me he saw mom in a dream, I asked him to tell me everything and he said she asked him to stop blaming me secretly for everything & actually be a big brother to me and help. So I knew it wasn’t just a dream, mom came and sorted everything like she casually came over for tea

417hz is good. But I find personally the solfeggio frequencies better for mediation. For sleeping this is peaceful and relaxing. I could have this one playing all night long but after a week of this I will find myself changing to another frequency which would be the solfeggio ones. Meditative minds has some great melodies with this But also Inner Lotus is fantastic in that their music is created in the frequency from the beginning and not being remastered from something else. I typically go between this channel here and that one. I have music going in my household 24/7. Thus the reason I change out music every couple of days. Hubby and I get bored with the same melodies. Meditative minds and inner lotus have tons of wonderful choices. I am grateful for both of them.

I like that. I would imagine not only a warm loving physical embrace but one of almost etheric protection. Maybe protection is not the best word. A certain infinite knowledge and wisdom completely engulfing you while not physically blocking the sensation of the wind on your skin. Colors are indescribable and also etheric in nature seemingly. I’m just saying, I could totally dig this trip.
