Hey Chris, here's some more cool ring point secrets: 1. Powerful sweeping also affects PVP (so even better!) 2. Reforging your ring gives you unique bonuses (eg. more focus or physical damage etc) 3. Someone in my warband mentioned that the sweeping EXP upgrade also increases your tip EXP (this is so cool!) and increases the chance of you getting 80K tips. (I can confirm that my tip EXP has gone up, but I haven't gotten any 80K's yet) Also, sweeping a lvl40 army gives more EXP than mock battling on a 300 tile... so people who grind hard tend to commit to Control + all the sweeping EXP upgrades.

After playing on a bunch of servers trying to reroll I like this route. Rush Levi -> Ring lv 11 respec into Control. -> 24hrs respec Give the 2 free points to Control. Max Levi once Control is Maxed. Levi/Control will carry you with the rest into Harvest once maxed. Once you can efficiently farm 130-170 tiles then you can respec Levi into Mock Battles to prepare for the 200+ tiles. I don't like Mock Battles early game as it cuts down on expansion and battles give you more EXP until you max out stamina efficiency. Yes, you lose troops but a Levy focus build allows you to never not be conscripting. Endgame would def be Dexterity.

Didnt notice the control points regen changing but i had like 2 points into it after this video i retweek my ring setup and now its way more promissing also the points will help me manage the stamina of 6 comanders easier also in the mock battle tree you have a skill for grain cost reduction that goes to -10% i tried to go invest 10 points into Levy wich gives 30% resource production wich goes to like 3k of each resource per hour passive based on my game progression wich i find more viable

If you use a gathering commander and gathering accessorie at max you can get up to 39% extra gathering on top of the 30% of the skill tree

It’s only for the evil factions they have 2 T1 commanders that have a skill that increases gathering outcome for 3% per point spent, good side factions have commanders that increase exp gained from tips and from battles

maybe is a fix time to full, 20 points need 24 hours to fill(1.20 hours per points) SO if you have a pool of 30 you divide 24/30 is 0.8= 8*6 = 48 mins :P

Oh God Powerful sweeping. Had only 2 points there. I have to reset my Ring talents, so I can take 200 power tiles

what about -10 stamina to sweeping during first day of the server? in theory you could sweep for free... very useful in places with lots of mobs and tiles.

So I like the stamina reduction a lot, but there weren’t all that many mobs available in the first week of my server. Maybe that was because of player activity, maybe because of spawn rate. But as people are spreading out more it feels MUCH more viable.

So how do you guys balance your commanders? Once I get a new commander but I am already taking lvl 130+ tiles with my previous commanders, the only way I know how to get them up is mock battles (and a little on tips). What is your strategy to make sure you have 5+ commanders that can lead deadly armies if you focus on the Gathering build here.

Mock battles are the way til your commander can solo 130-170

Saw this on All Things Middle Earth first so I will just post kinda the same comment regarding Control here (and other stuff): I don't think there is a hidden perk. What I believe is that the game is refreshing your points not on a fix scale (1 points takes x time) but on a relative (100% take x time). The values they showed to refresh one point were 01:12:02 for 20 points max and 00:48:00 for 30 points max. So how long does it take to refresh all points (in seconds)? ((1*60+12)*60+2)*20 = 86440 seconds for 20 points max 46*60*30 = 86400 seconds for 30 points max The difference is really small and can be easily explained by the game showing you rounded values for the time. Regarding Powerful Sweeping: Just checked a log from a warband member -> it also applies when fighting other players' armies

gold is increased by race-quarters, levy increases income from Buildings and Quarters (basically structures)

It decreases the time to recover ability points by 1/3. It’s absolutely massive. Ability points are OP, and this gets you them faster.
